Facing size issues? Not satisfied with your purchase? Received an incorrect or defective item? No worries Vintage Hub offers a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact.

If you wish to return or exchange an online order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment. If you do not have the form, you may download and print it using the link provided.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the full refund amount will be issued to your Vintage Wallet or bank account, as applicable.
